The Arc Augusta: Commitment to Inclusion and Non-Discrimination

The Arc is dedicated to upholding and advancing the human rights of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We actively promote their full inclusion and participation in all aspects of community life, across every stage of life.

At The Arc Augusta, we are committed to non-discrimination. We ensure that every individual we serve receives the necessary supports to access our services equitably. To foster clear understanding, we use plain language in all written and verbal communications.

If you require communication accommodations, such as assistive technology or language interpretation services, our staff can help coordinate support. Please don’t hesitate to ask for assistance.

The Arc Augusta does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, or Limited English Proficiency. If you believe you have experienced discrimination, please contact Leon Bowen, our Title VI Coordinator, at 540-416-9116 or email hr@thearcofaugusta.org.
